We at Friends of Alton Station hope you will join us in thanking the very generous Tim at Brant Storage & Removals Ltd who has shown his community spirit by agreeing to store the removed bridge on his land on Basingstoke Road. This will allow us to work on and repair/renovate the Bridge in a safe secure space. Not only that, Tim has gone above and beyond by setting aside an area that he will level for us and provide power to, without which we could not carry out this renovation work in Alton.
Thank you so much Tim #communityspirit #savealtonfootbridge #localhero
